Her passion in music is clear to see, her sheer raw energy and emotion creates an unbreakable connection with the dance floor as she takes every single person on a roller coaster journey of powerful, energetic and uplifting synths and melodies. This is trance as it should be! Orla has had a meteoric rise in the last year and deservedly so. This rise has seen her not only make her mainland UK debut but also lead to her travelling across the world and back again making her debut in both Asia and North America. She has headlined and played at countless events herself in the last 12 months including the Irish Superclubs, “Lush!” and “Tripod” and has played alongside and supported artists such as Paul van Dyk, Simon Patterson, Sander Van Doorn, Richard Durand, Greg Downey, Ummet Ozcan, Indecent Noise and many many more.

Her passion and enthusiasm is not just restricted to live performances. Equally as talented in the studio, Orla has been steadily building up a whole catalogue of successful releases, both Original productions and Remixes. From announcing her arrival on the scene with her debut release “Comic Strip” on Vandit Records she has gone on to have a very fruitful and successful relationship with the world famous label. Following on from “Comic Strip”, “Two Faced”, “Lesson Learned”, “Random Madness”, “Bittersweet” and “Pink Noise” have all been released on the Van Dyk imprint with all of them charting within the Top 20 on most download stores. Her production success has also led to remix requests which included recent work for Goodgreef Digital and Spellbinding Records not to mention a remix for trance icon, Giuseppe Ottaviani.
As 2011 comes to a close Orla is as busy as ever in the studio. A collaboration with Full Tilt called, “OTT”, a remix for Hannah & Miami Calling HMC – When the Sun Comes Down, remake of Nikolai – Ready to Flow.
Already in 2012 Orla has completed collaborations with Tom Colontonio & Indecent Noise, remixed a huge trance tune from 201o and two brand new Orla Feeney originals.
On another scale of things Orla has voiced and produced for various radio shows and adverts including Paul van Dyk – Vonyc Sessions 2010 radio advert, produced and voiced for Sean Tyas – Tytanium Sessions and for the Tytanium 100 shows, Ben Gold – Life, Ernesto & Bastian – The Next Level and Slinky Sessions to name but a few ….

Orla began her radio career after receiving her diploma in radio & media studies in Dublin youth based radio station Spin 1038 as an assistant in production and on air presenting. In production, a voice over artist, creative script writer she freelanced in various radio stations in Ireland including 98fm, Newstalk 106-108, KFM, iRadio until she found her home in RTE Ireland’s national broadcaster. Orla presents her show TASTER on RTE Pulse on DAB in Ireland streaming online on www.rte.ie/pulse and UPC Channel 943 every Tuesday at 9pm as well as regular slots on RTE 2FM. For podcast fans, fear not. Final touches are being put to a brand new, monthly, TASTER Fully Loaded downloadable podcast which will be available through iTunes
